Student Accounts are created when a student becomes a senior in high school in The Kalamazoo Public Schools. These accounts are maintained for the student throughout their Promise eligibility, 10 years from date of graduation or a bachelor degree whichever occurs first. Students activate these accounts by following the 'register here' process.
University Accounts are created for individual personnel who work with Promise students at the state supported colleges & universities that qualify as part of The Kalamazoo Promise. These personnel are requested by the school by contacting The Kalamazoo Promise @ (269) 337-0037. Typically the types of positions that would have access are personnel from financial aid, admissions, registrar's office, and accounts receivable.
